Your NESTOUT battery comes with approximately 70% charge from the factory. Since rechargeable lithium-ion batteries naturally discharge over time, we suggest charging them before use. For optimal charging, use an AC adapter connected to a power outlet with USB power delivery of 18 W or higher. Charging via PC may not be supported or may take an extended time.

The LED light on the battery blinks, indicating the charging progress based on the remaining battery capacity. Keep an eye on the LED signals to ensure your battery is charging effectively.

The 15000 mAh battery takes about 3 hours and 35 minutes to charge. The 10000 mAh battery takes 2 hours and 45 minutes to charge. *When using an AC charger with USB Power Delivery 18W or higher.

NESTOUT batteries are equipped with an automatic shut-off feature so that the battery turns off when not drawing power.

For optimal performance, use the battery within the temperature range of 32 to 104 °F (0 to 40 °C). While the battery may still function outside this range, efficiency might decrease.

Gear Mode allows you to keep your battery energized for up to 12 hours, regardless of power consumption. Activate Gear Mode with your NESTOUT gear to ensure your lamp or flashlight stays on, even at minimal brightness levels.

Internal battery replacement is not possible or interchangeable.

We advise against doing any self-repairs or battery replacements. In the rare event of a malfunction or battery issue within the warranty period, we offer product return, exchange, or a refund. Contact us for assistance.

The LAMP-1 and FLASH-1 lights have varying runtimes due to differences in power draw. When using the NESTOUT 15000 mAh Outdoor Portable Battery, the LAMP-1 can run approximately 13 hours at max brightness, while the FLASH-1 runs about 4.5 hours. The time the product can be used continuously may vary depending on the surrounding temperature and the temperature of the battery.

No, it is not possible to mount two FLASH-1s on the same battery. It is also not possible to mount the FLASH-1 and LAMP-1 at the same time.

However, you can install and use two LAMP-1s simultaneously.

Please make sure the battery itself is turned on. Press and hold the power button on the side of the NESTOUT battery to turn it on and set the lamp to the USB-A port to see if it lights up.

This product is designed to automatically start generating electricity when it senses sunlight. Therefore, even if the product goes into the shade for a moment, it should automatically generate electricity when it is exposed to sunlight again.

The solar panel is a standalone product and does not include any batteries or light accessories. However, NESTOUT batteries are specially designed to be used with these solar panels. You can use the solar panel by plugging a NESTOUT battery or other devices directly into the two USB-A ports inside the panels.
