ELECOM USA provides a limited warranty to the customer according to our support policy. ELECOM offers two types of warranties to make shopping easier for customers. If you'd like to file a warranty claim, please use the WARRANTY FORM below.

ELECOM USA Warranty coverage is only applicable when the product is purchased from an authorized seller.

If you purchased the product from a seller other than those listed above, please contact the seller directly for warranty or return information. If you have any difficulty contacting the retailer, please contact the ELECOM Global website.
**Please note that requests from outside the U.S. for a replacement within the warranty period will be refunded only.**
30-Day Refund for Any Reason
If purchased within 30 days, undamaged products can be returned for a full refund regardless of reason like discrepancies in product image or the wrong size was purchased. Please be sure to read the statements before submitting your application.
- ELECOM must receive the product, including all accessories, before processing a refund.
- Full refund will be given for any reason, as long as the product is undamaged and within 30 days of purchase.
- We will not accept returns for more than 10 of the same product if purchased on a corporate account.
- Must provide proof of purchase with an invoice or receipt showing the date, place of purchase, product description, and price.
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, except for warranty related claims such as product defect.
- Please provide us with the shipping carrier and tracking number once the product has been confirmed for shipment.
- ELECOM will refuse to returned items received by cash-on-delivery and will dispose of them. Products sent in without completed the application process will also be subject to disposition.
- If the above conditions are not met, we will refuse your return.
- The 30-day money-back guarantee refund claims are valid up to 30 days after purchase. However, if the request is made within 30 days, ELECOM will extend the 30 days for returning the product.
- If the customer purchased a product from an online store or in-store that is not covered by the warranty, please contact the store of purchase directly.
- If the customer returns any item other than the purchased item, or fails to return the purchased item, the refund will be void and the incorrect item sent will not be returned.
- 12. This warranty is contingent upon your ability to return the product to the designated* return address.

- Lost or stolen products
- Items that have expired their warranty period
- Free products/ Sample Product
- Product Repairs/ Repairs through 3rd parties
- Damaged from outside sources
- Damaged from misuse of products (including, but not limited to: falls, extreme temperatures, water, and operating devices improperly)
- Request for parts only
ELECOM is not liable for:
- Loss of data incurred from use of ELECOM products
- Damage to computers, tablets, smartphones, and other types of equipment incurred from the use of ELECOM products
- Returning personal items sent to ELECOM
- If returned due to quality issues, the buyer is responsible for any damage or loss incurred during transport; ELECOM will not refund goods damaged during transport for warranty claims related to quality
- ELECOM is responsible ONLY for the following: Damage or loss incurred in transit if the product is returned with prepaid shipping label provided by ELECOM
How to File a Warranty:
- Fill out the Warranty Claim form on ELECOMUSA.com. Please be sure to state the reason for the return and provide a screenshot or PDF of the invoice or receipt as proof of purchase.
- After reviewing your claim, we contact you to proceed with returning the item(s) to us.
- We will check the returned merchandise upon receipt and process your refund if the item(s) is in the confirmed condition.

Product Warranty for Quality-Related Issues
In the unlikely event that product defects occur, We provide a Product Warranty for Quality-Related Issues for the customer's convenience. This warranty is applicable in relation to the product. Please refer to the chart below and apply from the WARRANTY FORM below.
1. Replacement only applies to products that prove to be defective due to improper manufacture or materials and are not eligible for repair. Missing parts are not covered under warranty.
2. Must provide proof of purchase with an invoice or receipt showing the date, place of purchase, product description, and price.
3. Only exchanges for the same product or model are valid. Discontinued products may be exchanged for an equivalent product or refunded.
4. ELECOM will refuse that products sent in without completed the application process will also be subject to disposition.
5. After receiving the return/exchange request, we will email you a return label to send back the defective product(s). Meanwhile, we will send out a new replacement product to you.
6. After receiving the return label, please return the product to the designated location. ELECOM will cover the shipping cost.
7. The warranty is only valid for buyers residing in the United States. However, we may offer refunds to select customers residing outside of the U.S. on a case-by-case basis.
8. The period of all warranties shall begin to run from the date of purchase.

For the death of any person or any loss, injury or damage to persons or property by use of products used in applications including, but not limited to, military or military-related equipment, traffic control equipment, disaster prevention systems and medical or medical related equipment. ELECOM's total liability under this or any other warranty, express or implied, is limited to replacement and refund. replacement is the sole and exclusive remedies for breach of warranty or any other legal theory. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ELECOM shall not be liable to the purchaser or end user customer of a ELECOM product for any damages, expenses, lost data, lost revenues, lost savings, lost profits, or any incidental or consequential damages arising from the purchase, use or inability to use the ELECOM product, even if ELECOM has been advised of the possibility of such damages.This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state or jurisdiction to jurisdiction.
