Carry Your Power Hands Free
The Battery Mount Carabiner is a two piece accessory built around the 1/4 inch mount on every NESTOUT Outdoor Battery. A threaded D-Ring screws onto the battery's mount, and a separate NESTOUT branded carabiner clips through the D-Ring's opening. Together, they turn your battery into something you clip on instead of something you dig out of a pocket or pack.
Clip the carabiner to a backpack D-ring, a belt loop, or any strap with an opening, and your battery rides along instead of weighing down your gear bag. The D-Ring rotates freely on the threaded mount, so your battery hangs naturally and never twists itself into your strap as you move. Silicone at the mounting point cushions the connection, keeping your battery secure and free of scratches.
No tools required. Thread the D-Ring onto your battery, clip the carabiner through it, and go.

What are the two pieces, and what does each one do?

Do I need to remove the D-Ring to unclip my battery?
No. The D-Ring stays threaded onto your battery. Just unclip the carabiner from the D-Ring's opening.
