Is the large gear case waterproof
While not waterproof, the Gear Case is built with water resistant zippers and a polycarbonate shell that shields gear from splashes, rain, and moisture.
How protective is the case?
The hard shell exterior absorbs impacts while the padded dividers cushion your equipment from shock. It’s built to withstand travel, outdoor elements, and frequent use.
How does the FLASH-1 connect to the 10000 mAh & 15000mAh Power Bank?
The FLASH-1 connects directly through NESTOUT’s proprietary USB-A port. It securely locks into place without cables, creating a stable and weather-resistant connection designed exclusively for NESTOUT batteries.
How many charges does the 10000mAh battery pack provide?
A 10000mAh battery pack can charge most smartphones about 2 times, depending on your device’s battery size, settings, and power use, before needing to be charged again.
It can also provide extra power for tablets, wireless earbuds, cameras, GPS units, headlamps, and other small USB devices. That makes it a practical portable power solution for camping, hiking, travel days, and short off-grid trips.
Can I charge multiple devices at once?
Yes, each NESTOUT power bank includes multiple output ports. The 10000mAh Outdoor Battery has one USB-C port and one USB-A port and allows you to charge two devices at the same time.
Whether it's your phone and headlamp or a camera and GPS unit, you can stay powered up without needing to rotate devices.
Is this USB-C cable weatherproof?
It is weather-resistant. It's rated IP54 with the cap attached, resistant to light splashes and dust. Perfect for dry, rugged, or mildly wet conditions but not waterproof or submersible.
Is the NESTOUT FAN-1 weather-resistant?
While the NESTOUT Fan is made of sturdy components, it is NOT weather-resistant. Please keep the Fan protected from wet and rainy weather when in use. For additional protection, our FAN-1 Full Kit version provides a padded carrying case with additional storage pockets.
